HCW-6K High Capacity Cold Water Dispenser – 100L Stainless Steel

The HCW-6K is a high-capacity commercial cold water dispenser designed for factories, industrial facilities, offices, schools and other high-demand environments.

Featuring a 100-litre dual-tank cooling system, four dispensing taps, upgraded high-flow ultrafiltration with activated-carbon post-filtration and integrated UV sterilisation, the unit delivers a rated cold-water supply of 200 litres per hour at 5–7°C under specified operating conditions.

Constructed with a durable brushed SUS304 stainless steel cabinet, the dispenser is designed for high-volume drinking water applications, convenient maintenance and reliable operation.

Installation Requirements

• Install in a sheltered, well-ventilated location.
• Avoid direct sunlight and rain exposure.
• Recommended clearance of 1 metre on each side for ventilation.
• Recommended inlet-water temperature below 35°C.
• Recommended ambient temperature below 40°C.
• Required inlet water pressure: 0.2–0.6 MPa.
• Suitable water supply and electrical connections are required.

Maintenance

• Ultrafiltration Membrane: Periodic cleaning as required.
• Activated-Carbon Filter: Recommended replacement every 6–12 months, depending on water quality and usage.
• General Maintenance: Regular inspection and servicing of the cooling, filtration and dispensing systems.
